Accommodation Style
The Rooms offered at The Farmhouse are simple, easy and comfort focused.
Our rooms consists of bunk beds with all beddings provided, 2 showers, 1 toilet, and all rooms are carpeted with heating which are essential for winter seasons.
The Farmhouse Rotorua invites you to experience a lifestyle of freedom and purity, indulge in the fresh air that New Zealand has to offer away from a busy city life.
Share memories with our animals in large open paddocks, green hill tops and natural bushes that are true representations of pure NZ farmland.

BOOKING INFORMATION
1. Office Booking Hours are 09:00am ~ 17:00pm , Phone Number: +64 7 3323-771
(Plesae have your Full name, Contact number, Dates required and Guest Numbers ready for your booking. Please enquire about transport services within Rotorua).
2. Check in time: 3:00pm on day of booking (If a later time is needed, please call to arrange)
Check out time: 11:00am the following day.
3. If guest numbers have changed in the booking, please call to arrange prior to arriving for check-in.
4. All bedding, linen and towels are provided, however please prepare own toiletries.
5. Please have your I.D ready for check-in.
6. Prices may change for Peak Seasons - changes will be advised prior to booking.
7. A 50% deposit of total payment is needed within 3 days of booking to secure your dates and guest numbers. The remaining 50% is paid upon check-in. (For groups of more than 10 people)
